Yes, indeed, sorry about that. I was doubting between using 1.2.5 and
1.2.6 and apparantly I choose some weird hybrid of those two choices.

The goal of the patch is of course to have an explicit version number
in the configure file. Which one that is (and how to easily keep it in
sync with the zlib version number), I'll gladly defer to you.
