[Zlib-devel] Patch for explicit version umber in contrib/minizip/configure.ac

Configure.ac is not processed, so the @ZLIB_VER@ remains
unsubstituted. That causes the @ZLIB_VER@ to end up in minizip.pc,
which invalidates that file.
