[Zlib-devel] [RFC][PATCH] fix parallel make issue

Hi list,
because configure sets LDFLAGS=libz.a it could happen that the shared
library is linked before the static one is created. Here is a patch that
fixes this problem. Comments appreciated, thanks in advance.
