no if we have same path step (for the ..\..\.. stuff), and check if the
project found the assembly and minizip stuff...

one in 1.2.3.9.

I don't mainly because I am unsure of the reliability, and I have not
investigated the reliability since I understand the gains to be marginal
(order 10%). If the gains were larger, e.g. a factor of 2 or even 50%, then
I would be more inclined to make those part of the mainstream zlib.
