[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.3.9 is out

Mark,

Thanks for providing the last release candidate.  Here's a patch that
fixes some issues with 1.2.3.9.  Some of these issues I missed in
testing, others I probably wasn't clear on owing to all of the
proposed changes after 1.2.3.8.

+ Fixes configure_file() to generate to the build directory instead of
source directory
+ Fixes references to zconf.h to be within build directory so it gets
"make install"ed properly
+ Add the build directory as an include directory to the windres.exe
command line when compiling the rc file under MinGW (prevents build
error not being able to find zconf.h)
+ Modify the in-source fatal error message when encountering zconf.h
to not have awkward line breaks.

Tested (with cmake & ctest) on...

Visual Studio 9 (Express)
Visual Studio 10 (Beta) win32 & win64
MinGW gcc 3.4
Cygwin gcc 4.3
Linux gcc 4.2.4 32-bit
