I've prepared zlib122.zip, converting LF to CRLF where necessary, and
zipping up the files. The zip archive contains both the local and the
universal "UT" time stamps.
http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~cosmin/compr/zlib/zlib122.zip
len(zlib122.zip) = 505456 bytes
MD5(zlib122.zip) = cf543b25b64679acb4fbe892b2b14646
Sorry, I don't have SHA1.
I will prepare the DLL distribution after I see some feedback on the
thread Re: "Problem with ZLIB1.DLL and Visual C++ .Net". I hope I will
get some feedback in a few days. If not, I will go ahead with the newer
DLL_FAQ, although nothing will be changed in the way I'll prepare the
DLL itself.
I will build the DLL using the Visual C++ 7.1 compiler, and the
Visual C++ 6.0 library.
To Gilles:
Thank you very much for the tip about Visual C++ Toolkit 2003!
In case other people would like to know, here it is:

Oh, now I see what you mean.
