[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.0.8 FINAL release candidate available

All,

As I mentioned the other day, zlib 1.2.0.7 sat around too long and 
accumulated enough changes to merit another release, version 1.2.0.8, 
before releasing version 1.2.1.  This time, I will release zlib 1.2.1 
in one week, and will only fix egregious errors in 1.2.0.8.  Here it is:

Please test this version.  Nelson: please let me know if this version 
of ./configure properly compiles on your platforms without snprintf.
