[Zlib-devel] Releasing zLib 1.2.1 ?

I was waiting for Jean-loup to look at 1.2.0.7, but that hasn't 
happened.  So I may release 1.2.1 without that inspection.  However in 
the meantime I made more changes, mainly to configure and Makefile.in, 
that justifies one more release for testing.  I will send 1.2.0.8 out 
shortly.
