Note the specific syntax in .RC If you update to 1.2.1 or 1.3.0, modify
them In the .rc, 
  "1,2,0,0" will become "1,2,1,0" or "1,3,0,0"
  "1.2.0.0\0" will become "1.2.1.0\0" or "1.3.0.0\0"
