Note these file contain a reference to zLib version (I put 1.20
actually). Note the specific syntax in .RC
If you update to 1.2.1 or 1.3.0, modify them
In the .rc, 
  "1,2,0,0" will become "1,2,1,0" or "1,3,0,0"
  "1.2.0.0\0" will become "1.2.1.0\0" or "1.3.0.0\0"

These file must be removed, if you have it:
contrib\vstudio\vc70_32\zlib16.rc : the good location is
contrib/vstudio/vc15_16
contrib/testzlib/testzlib.ncb : intermediate file
