[Zlib-devel] patchzl120a.zip : new modification to zlib

I've uploaded to http://www.winimage.com/zLibDll/patchzl120a.zip new
modification to zLib : 
- a zconf.h with suggestion in this list about vsnprintf
- minizip.c and miniunz.c without exit(#) in main

And major addition in contrib/minizip:
- zipping and unzipping in contrib/minizip support crypting/uncrypting
- zipping support adding files in existing zip (a lot of user requested
this). (see zipOpen in zip.h)

Now, I consider contrib/minizip is now mature.

I suggest we change version number (0.21) to synchronise to zlib
version.
