[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.7 release candidate

Zlib (the library) compiles fine and then libpng-1.6.0beta18 compiles and links fine against the result and all tests pass.

+ Windows 7 64-bit, Intel Core 2 Duo, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Professional, libpng 1.6.0beta18 project (which builds selected zlib files and links them into the libpng DLL)
	64-bit, 32-bit: builds warning free and all test programs pass
