I have fixed v9 and v10 so that gzgetc_ is assigned @161.

I have not been updating the stuff in the old/ directory.  We'll see if anyone complains, which would indicate that it's still being used.  If that doesn't happen, I'll eventually delete it from the distribution.

p.s.  zlib.net and madler.net are the same thing, so email to zlib-devel only needs to go to one of them.
