[Zlib-devel] about win64 port

If you search the mail archives, you'll find that I submitted just
such a patch to the list, not that long ago. (subject: mingw
cross-compilation patches)

It's one of the patches that we use at the mingw project on the Open
Build Service.

Unfortunately I have no idea whether the patch got accepted, because
that mail thread got off-topic a bit about patch submission workflows.
