The intent is for this list to be for zlib developers helping with improvements and testing, not bothered with user problems.  Every once in a while I will copy a user problem here (e.g. about DLLs) for help from you guys.

Because once people find zlib in github, they will pull it from there as well.  The default branch presented to them without having to switch branches is master, so that's what they will almost always pull.
