Any CPU is supported/needed ;-)
For CPUs with no special code the test is if something changes, if
speed roughly remains the same.

For ARM specific:
- either something >= ARMv6
- something with NEON (which is "very" recent)

But if your phone is really old, it probably is an ARMv5 (Not because
v6 is that new, but if v5 is good enough for the task, why change).

For the Test code, puh... how do i get that to Windows CE...
