Should we now be distributing Gilles Vollant's zlib125dll.zip as the "official" Windows DLL?
i.e., from http://www.winimage.com/zLibDll/index.html

I have a complaint on the libpng bug tracker that we have not distributed an official
DLL since zlib-1.2.3, which is true.

The zlib FAQ still states that one can get a DLL from zlib.net.  That's sort of
true, but you have to go to the "external links" to find them.
