DLL_FAQ.txt, zlib.3.pdf, ChangeLog, and the revised README-WIN32.txt were added
and the zip file re-pgp-signed.

If everyone is happy with this package, I was deliberately vauge and did not include
any mention of x86 within the package.  So I can generate these again, this time to
x64 and IA64 if desired; only the .zip file name and binary contents would be modified.
But I cannot validate IA64, that would be up to someone else.
