Just a note: I'll add a package for Windows CE, cross compiled with ceGCC 
in the ceGCC Sourceforge site 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/cegcc/files/ported%20packages/)

I can compile a dll with MSYS/MinGW, or cross compiled on linux but maybe 
you prefer having a library compiled with vc++.
