again, i'm not interested in maintaining a fork. if the zlib maintainers
arent going to take an autotool fork, i'll try and fix what they do have.

man, that's the best laugh ive had in a while. let's take libtool which has
great portability across random/archaic systems, rewrite it in java and punt
any semblance of portability in terms of output capabilities, and then declare
it better than libtool. so genius i dont know why i hadnt thought of this
sooner. i could make millions !
