Yes it is centralized, although we have no (or want any) control
over what people do with their clones. The "master" repositories
at SourceForge and Simplesystems are entirely centralized, and
for now only glennrp (me) has write access. I assume if zlib
ever goes to a vcs it will be similar except it'll be madler
who has the write access.
There were a few "devel reads" Of the SourceForge libpng GIT
repository today. Were those from one
or more of you, accessing it via a SourceForge account?
