[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.3.5 available for testing

Initial tests with pngcrush look very good.  Around 5 percent or
more faster in both decoding and encoding, compared to 1.2.3.3.

I had upgraded to libpng-1.4.0 at the same time, but I don't think
libpng accounts for the speed increase.  I'll run some tests
to separate that out as time permits, probably today.
