JFTR: In order to make zlib-1.2.5 work with mingw-cross-env,
I had to perform the following fixes:

Patch:

It would be great if you could include the correction for
Makefile.in.

(Using win32/Makefile.gcc was no option because of the known
 deficiencies.)
