[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.4.2 ready for its close up

Hello,

Attached is a fix for Makefile in mingw environment.

1. Remove the -s from LDFLAGS, add LDFLAGS to DLL linkage, and use
explicit STRIP for all examples. This enable to set STRIP=true if
strip should be disabled for all targets, while LDFLAGS are
consistent.

2. Add SHARED_MODE variable to enable selection between shared and
static installation.
Mark Adler requested that the dll will not be installed if not
required, if I understand correctly, much like the --shared or
--static.
As a result BINARY_PATH variable was also added to installation requirements.
