[Zlib-devel] zlib 1.2.4.2 ready for its close up

This still has the bug at line 123++ of 'configure', introduced in 1.2.4.1 that the line:

           LDSHARED=${LDSHARED-"$cc -shared"}

is missing.  This breaks shared library builds on MinGW (since they require the '-shared' option.)
