[Zlib-devel] gzio.c & c99: no fdopen

Hmm, still no problem for me (gcc 4.0.1).

Anyway, supposing that I wanted to make a change, what change should  
I make?  Is there some other function in the c99 libraries that does  
that?  Or is fdopen() found in some other include file under the c99  
standard?
