Works fine here on standard x86 linux. Question, though. The test is
done linking example and minigzip to the static library when the dual
build is done. Is there any way to test the shared library? It seems
that libz.a is hardcoded into LDFLAGS that's used to link example and
minigzip.

Thanks for all the little build fixes, Mark. Zlib builds like a dream
now, just the way I want it to.
