[Zlib-devel] known bugs in distance-checking code?

The question was do these browsers linked with 1.2 show the corrupt .png's
correctly, like they would have shown them with 1.1.4? If so there appears
to already be a solution, if not, then they are in the same boat with
mozilla - fast but in this situation "broken".
