I've put a copy, along with a *.tar.bz2, at the libpng sites
ftp://www.simplesystems.org/pub/libpng/png/src
http://libpng.sourceforge.net (in the DOWNLOAD area, zlib package)
which is directly addressable as
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=5624

I'll update the *.zip and *.dll there when they become available
