I've just updated the file on the two URL.

The more important file in the zipfile is gvmat64.asm , of course I did not
plan work on these file next day.
Don't hesitate to take a look if you are interrested or convert to gcc
syntax

When compress using maximum compression, it is 20% faster than visual C++
2005 beta 1 code

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 beta 1 and ml64 (from
