[Zlib-devel] Change zlib's cannonical site

Hi,

Since the cannonical mirror www.zlib.org is still not mentioning 1.2.2,
Larry Hastings has this following proposal (which I am forwarding to
zlib-devel on his behalf):

I agree with this solution. Even if traffic on zlib.net is not going as
smoothly as on gzip.org, this would still work as an interim solution,
until Jean-loup finds the time to do a proper site upgrade.
