to be put in contrib/inflate86.
You don't need a new inffas32.asm, because that one doesn't have any
macro processing.
The inflate86.tar.gz archive contains the updated inffast.S, and a newer
inffas86.c that I downloaded from Chris's site:
http://www.charm.net/~christop/zlib/
The newer inflate86.c was last updated on Dec 29, 2003 (according to
this site), so the change is not related to this discussion.
To Chris:
I upgdated the comment at the top of inffas86.c, by adding the relevant
update info from your website. Your original inffas86.c didn't have any
comment mentioning the AMD64 support.
Do you agree with what I've done to your file?
