[Zlib-devel] Update to contrib/untgz

Hi,

I made a few fixes to contrib/untgz. It now restores file access modes
on Unix, and recognizes "long names" (i.e. names that do not fit into
the 100-char buffer from the standard tar header).

I also fixed the name of its author, Pedro A. Aranda Gutierrez; an
accented 'e' got translated to a funny "\\i" during an ISO-to-ASCII
conversion.

The version number is bumped to 0.2.1.
