[Zlib-devel] A poor choice of names.

The use of the name 'err' as a parameter name in the
public zlib.h header is causing me some headaches.

The attached patch simply comments it out: it's
still there for documentation, but isn't
going to be accidentally macro-expanded or
conflict with gcc's over-zealous shadow warnings.

Patch against 1.1.4, but looks like it should
apply equally well to the current version.
