[Zlib-devel] Patch for zlib under Cygwin

Hi,

Chuck Wilson sent me an updated (and reduced) version of his Cygwin
patch for zlib. This one applies only to Makefile (and Makefile.in),
configure, and minigzip.c.

If the final release will come immediately after the current 1.2.0.7
release candidate, the patch can wait for 1.2.2. But if there is going
to be a 1.2.0.8 release candidate, I recommend applying the patch.
