Hi,

I realized it may be too cumbersome for some testers to download the
zlib-1.2.0 beta and then apply the Z_RLE patches separately.

So I made a full zlib-1.2.0-rle-beta1 archive that can be downloaded
and tested. In addition to the obvious Z_RLE modifications, the archive
contains makefiles for Turbo/Borland C (DOS+Win32), Microsoft C/Win32,
gcc/Win32 (Cygwin+MinGW).

Until the vsnprintf issue is resolved, the archive contains the old
configuration flags related to it.
