[Zlib-devel] modification for zLib 1.20 distribution

I tried pack in one zip all modification I suggest for zLib 1.20. It
contain :

- good fixed zconf.h (see previous message)
- makefile updated for building DLL with Visual Studio .NET
- assembly x86 inffast.asm for MASM
- latest contrib/minizip library

Except zconf.h, all is on contrib tree
