[Zlib-devel] Speed up with new inflate

So far I'm seeing about a 60% improvement in inflation time with the new
code. The test used a deflated 1.2 Meg text file.

Changing the input & output buffer sizes doesn't seem to make any difference
to the inflation time - I varied it from 1k to 1 meg. The improvement seems
constant a ~60% for all the buffer sizes I tried.
