While that forwarding problem isn't fixed, at Jean-loup's suggestion we 
have re-routed zlib.org directly to madler.net, so now you can, and 
should use zlib-devel at zlib.org.  Please do not use zlib-devel at zlib.net, 
since it is the zlib.net forwarding that is still broken.  Thanks.
